Hello Readers!

The tragic year 2020, is about to end, and soon we will be in the new year 2021, with new hopes and joy. The year 2020, is ending and what most of us did this year was canceling all our vacation trips, the get-together celebrations, the family reunions, and others.

In fact, many of us might have put all these on hold and planned that once the vaccine is out, and they get vaccinated, they will work out their outings plan. Unfortunately, we don’t know when we will be able to get down to doing all this that we desire.

The year 2020, was not so happening, it was filled with very less happy moments, well, the fact also can’t be denied that it made us learn many a thing. It made us understand the importance of good health, good immunity. It taught us that wherever we are traveling, whomsoever we are with, our ultimate destination is our family.

It made us understand the magic of innovations in technology, and how they can help you bring change in your work style, in an authentic manner.

You might be preparing your list of things that you are going to do in the year 2021. Here I would suggest, must include those things that year 2020, taught us never to skip in your planning. Focusing on some of these tasks will help in starting the new year on a positive and strong footing.

Your Health Must Be Prior Always!

In our busy schedule, we have time divided for everything, for our work, for family, in fact for social media and movies also, but the irony is, our health is always ignored in this schedule. Well, one of the prominent benefits of the year 2020 is, now people have understood the value of good physical and mental health, strong and efficient immunity.

So, this year, do remember that you have to take care of your health also. Reduce the amount of junk intake and increase the focus on good exercise. Here you need to understand that good health has very little to do with weight loss but much to do with the feeling of being fit.

Being healthy not only boosts mental alertness but also can significantly reduce your medical expenses, thereby leaving you with more mental peace.

Don’t Leave Your Finances To Chance

Uncertainties in life are sudden and hold the power to make your normal going life rotate upside down. And the only thing that can save you from these uncertainties is your preparedness for these emergencies. These facts have been proven by this COVID-19 Pandemic and the lockdown.

During this, three scenarios were witnessed. First people who lost their job, had good finances and a good emergency fund, easily came over this hardship. Second, those who lost their job had good finances, but no emergency fund ended up vanishing all their finances. And the third were those who lost their job, was living on paycheque and do not have any emergency fund, for them it was much hard to survive this hardship.

All these scenarios clearly show that not only doing a job is enough, having good finances, a proper emergency fund, good amount saved and invested at a good place so that it can grow, but all these also hold their own importance and are much necessary to be carried out.

Plan your finances right from the start. This means you should start saving and investing from your very first paycheque. If you didn’t do that, then starting now is not too late. Being financially prepared for uncertainty will help you tide over the period with predictably lower anxiety and struggle.

Remember To Take A Break

A break from your busy schedule is necessary, it gives you a lot of positive vibes. While being busy with your work, you often don’t notice what new talent your child is inheriting, or how old your parent has become, what aging problems they are facing, and how eagerly they want you to spend a few good moments with them. Well, this pandemic and lockdown have made us realize, how important it is to take a break from your busy schedule and dedicate this to your family.

A break not only helps you learn more about your family, but this time can also help you meet yourself. When you take a break and indulge yourself in a work of your choice and interest, you will realize, what you were missing out on.

Taking a break isn’t necessarily about traveling or going on a holiday, rather it means to pull yourself away from the daily activities and routine to focus your mental energies on something different. It may be that you take out time for a hobby every day or it could mean just taking a few minutes to breathe deeply.

The year 2020 lead to many disruptions, while at the same time it made us understand what are the prominent thing that we must focus on, wealth, health, and our daily lives. Achieving a goal is all about how you planned your way to it, how much effort you paid to it, and how eagerly you wanted to reach that goal.

Start 2021 with a focus on the above and give yourself the ability to be mentally, physically, and financially face any eventuality that comes your way.
